Please read these terms before booking a rental with SafeCare Rental. By using our website or completing a rental request, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a quote request, confirming a booking, or using equipment from SafeCare Rental, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

SafeCare Rental provides mobility scooter and wheelchair rentals to customers in our service areas, including the Greater Columbus, Ohio region and the Bay Area, California. Our service includes equipment delivery, setup when applicable, and pickup at the end of your rental period.

Equipment availability, delivery timing, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking. Same-day service may be subject to separate pricing when your rental starts today.

Booking and Payment

Rentals are reserved when we confirm your booking by phone, text, or email. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to be available during your selected delivery or pickup window.

Rental rates depend on the length of your rental and are quoted before you confirm. Payment terms (including any deposit or payment method) will be explained when your booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any applicable same-day, off-hours, or other fees disclosed at booking.

You agree to return equipment on the agreed end date and in the same general condition as when received, aside from normal wear from intended use.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your rental, contact us as soon as possible at (614) 500-3616. We will work with you to reschedule when we can.

Cancellations made with reasonable notice before delivery or pickup are generally handled without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows — especially on same-day bookings — may be subject to a fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs. Any cancellation fee will be communicated clearly when you book.

Safe Use and Liability

Mobility equipment must be used safely and only as intended. You are responsible for reading and following any instructions we provide, operating the equipment carefully, and ensuring it is used on surfaces and in conditions appropriate for the model rented.

SafeCare Rental is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use of equipment contrary to our instructions or applicable law. You assume responsibility for your safe use of the equipment during your rental period.

If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. We will discuss any such charges with you directly and in good faith.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your rental or use of our services will be handled in Ohio to the extent permitted by law.
